What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energetic healing experience which channels universal love to help heal the body on all levels - mind, body and spirit. Reiki can help improve your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and can be included as part of a reflexology treatment. 

A Reiki session may begin with a brief conversation about what is happening for you at this moment in your life on all levels - physical, emotional and mental. I will then use my hands and crystals to channel life force energy. This energy can help to rebalance your chakras and activate your body's natural healing abilities.
